Kirtan has been my Personal Trainer from December 2022.  Post super sedentary lifestyle, sarcopaenic, flat-footed and imbalanced. We have worked through post cardiac surgery, fractured ankle and now I am mostly pain free and working towards building muscle, strength and functionality. I am now at my ideal body weight and soon I will be able to achieve some bucket lists items like wall climbing.
