How it works:
Step 1 — Complete your payment Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation with a direct link to your intake form.
Step 2 — Fill in your movement assessment form and book your preferred date and time. The form takes less than 3 minutes. Share your current pain points, movement history and primary goal so we can prepare before your session.
Step 3 — We review your assessment Before your session, we will send you a confirmation message via Whatsapp so your first meeting is focused, efficient and specific to your body.
Step 4 — Meet Kirtan at Anytime Fitness MacPherson Mall for your in-person movement assessment. This is where your Kinetic Blueprint begins.
